OMVAPT OÜ means A private limited company (known as osaühing or OÜ).
Since Google Maps is displaying that OMVAPT is permanently closed, it is negatively affecting our business. WeWork EGL is no longer our office location; however, the company remains fully operational.
What we have done so far?
- We contacted GMB support team to remove the listing. However, they have not done so far even after multiple followups and stating it that because of the incorrect listing business for OMVAPT is affecting negatively. Their support team does not even have an escalation matrix or never escalated to them. Every time someone comes up without an email trail and asks the same set of questions although we have clearly mentioned.
- We even followed their instructions. There is no option to delete the Google My Business.
- There is no Right to be forgotten laws for them.
We are interested in peacefully resolving this issue. Google is literally abusing its sheer power of dominance in destroying SMEs.
